1.What Avtolov is

Avtolov is a tool for comparing used-car prices. It collects publicly posted listings, sorts them, and for each car shows where its price sits against comparable vehicles and how it has moved.

Avtolov is not a broker. It does not sell or buy vehicles, does not advertise on behalf of sellers, and takes no part in any transaction. It has no role between a buyer and a seller.

2.Relationship to avto.net

Avtolov is not affiliated with avto.net and is not its partner, agent or licensee, and does not act on its instructions. Brand, model and source-portal names are used descriptively, to identify vehicles and the origin of the data.

3.Your account

You do not need an account to search and view listings. An account is needed for saved searches, alerts for new listings, and subscription features.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. If you suspect someone else has accessed it, change the password immediately and write to us.

You can delete your account at any time. Deleting it ends your alerts and saved searches.

4.Subscription and payment

Some features are paid. The price, billing period and what is included are shown at the point of purchase; placing the order confirms that you have seen them.

The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; until then the service keeps working.

Because this is digital content available immediately, confirming the order means you agree that performance begins before the 14-day withdrawal period expires and that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed (Art. 43.c of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act).

Prices are in euros. Where the subscriber is a consumer, the prices shown are final.

5.Accuracy of the data

The data is taken from publicly posted listings and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, because it already is at the source. Price estimates, comparisons and statistics are calculations on top of that data - an estimate, not a valuation and not a guarantee of what a vehicle is worth.

Decisions to buy or sell are yours. Before buying a used vehicle, always have the car and its paperwork checked by an independent expert.

6.Acceptable use

You must not use the site to:

• systematically download or copy content with automated tools without our written permission,
• load the service in a way that could disrupt it for others,
• circumvent technical limits, payment gating or access restrictions,
• build a competing database out of the data or pass it on,
• use the data for unsolicited messages to sellers or for anything unlawful.

7.Rights in the content

The design of the site, its text, its calculations and the way it presents data are ours. Listing content, photographs and vehicle descriptions belong to their authors or to the source portal, and are shown to inform about what is on the market.

If you believe content on Avtolov infringes your rights, write to info@avtolov.si naming the specific page. We review what is reported and remove it where appropriate.

8.Availability

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: outages, maintenance and feature changes happen. If the source portal changes or restricts access to its data, the range of data shown here can change with it.

If paid features are down for an extended period, tell us; we refund the proportionate part of the subscription or extend the period.

9.Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or loss arising from a decision made on the basis of the data shown. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the last twelve months.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, nor any rights a consumer has under mandatory law.

10.Termination

We may restrict or end access if you breach these terms seriously or repeatedly. Where a subscription was paid in advance and there was no breach, we refund the unused part.

11.Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date of the last change is at the top. Subscribers are notified by email at least 15 days before a substantive change takes effect; if you do not agree with it, you can cancel.

12.Governing law and jurisdiction

These relationships are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, and the courts of the Republic of Slovenia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your right to bring or defend proceedings before the court where you live.
