Passat je delno v okvari. Iz auspuha občasno spušča bel dim.Po besedah serviserja naj bil vzrok batni obročki.Drugače je avto v voznem stanju,ker je bil redno servisiran,pred kratkim kupljen nov akumulator, vendar je zaradi odjave iz prometa potreben prevoz z avtovleko.
Avto je glede na leta primerno ohranjen. Ima nekaj rje okoli koles in na zadnjem spojlerju. Na sprednji havbi so vidne manjše posledice toče, ki se opazijo predvsem od blizu.
Zraven avtomobila pripada originalna vlečna kljuka in 4 zimske gume.
