E91 325i z motorjem N53 velja za enega zadnjih predstavnikov obdobja, ko je BMW slovel po atmosferskih vrstnih šestvaljnikih – motorjih, ki jih številni navdušenci še danes štejejo za vrhunec vozniške izkušnje znamke BMW.
Motor izredno tih in miren pri nizkih obratih. Resnično neslišen. Ob odločnejšem pritisku na plin....šestak poezija:)
